We have heard from many of our Web site clients that they would like to know what their members thought of their site, but there was no easy way to get that information without putting a good bit of either time or money into it. We have come up with the solution. It is completely turnkey and very affordable.

We are working with Aelera, a survey company, to bring you three Web-based surveys. You can choose from a Web Site Evaluation Survey, a Convenience and Service Survey, or a Member Services Survey. All of the questions are pre-written to give you the best information available from a limited number of questions.

The surveys can be customized with your credit union name and logo. We will simply put a link on the front page of your Web site for members to click through to access your questionnaire. Aelera will collect all of the responses and provide you with a comprehensive survey result report. All reports include Aelera Analytics conclusions and recommendations based on rigorous statistical analysis of the data. The report is also illustrated with graphs and other diagrams.
